Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ set to fire up their BBQ’s for the 5th year in a row at the Hermosa Beach AVP volleyball tournament August 7th through the 9th.
What can make a world class event like the Hermosa Beach pro beach volleyball tournament even better? Brazilian BBQ, that’s what. With some of the best beach volleyball players in the world hailing from Brazil it was a natural fit for Silvio’s to become a part of the event in both Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. Eduardo “Anjinho” Bacil, former professional AVP player, currently a coach, and one of the original partners of Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ was the one responsible for the union between the AVP and Silvio’s. “What’s better to eat on the beach than a Brazilian BBQ” says Bacil.
Whether it’s their tri-tip grilled with rock salt and beer or their amazing BBQ chicken, Silvio’s definitely gives the spectators and athletes alike a treat they soon won’t forget. Their menu is simple, comprised of BBQ plates, sandwiches, fresh salads, or just the meat a la carte. Try out some of the fresh lemonade as well. It works wonders against the August heat on the beach.
